Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
